I t's a pretty unusual place in its own right with a diverse mix of people strolling, shopping, dining and watching. The little art galleries and shops add the spice. From eclectic lamp stores to hand rolled Cuban cigars while you watch to crafts and souveniers. Nicest touch is that it is closed to traffic.
