One of the wilderness mother roads of America's early settlers, Natchez Trace was used as a connection from the Ocean, Mississippi River ports and inland colonial America. Over the years a scenic parkway has been built where you can drive a leisurely multi-day trip. Though the great visitors center is shown here, one can start on either end.
