It's the most powerful and dangerous rapid on the wild & scenic Chattoga River. The Class V rapid has a terminal keeper hydraulic, a river whirlpool (really deadly). Still it is a very natural and serene spot in the wilderness. This is a beautiful place for picnics & nature watching, but not a great place for swimming in the river.
